Online lifestyle news site, Highsnobiety has partnered with COLORS Berlin to create a series of simple but beautiful music videos that showcase some of the most talented artists from all over the world.
COLORS is a digital music magazine created to “to give artists the chance to present themselves and their work on a contemporary platform.” They describe the musical landscape as being highly fragmented and democratized, with musical genres frequently fading into each other in the same way colors do. With that, their project launched on Youtube at the beginning of 2016, exhibiting musicians like artworks in brightly tinted, geometric spaces that put aside the over-hyped extravagance of the music industry and highlight the real soul of these artists.
With over 50 COLORS Shows on their Youtube page, they’re repertoire is made up of artists like Nigerian superstar Davido, East London producer Jay Prince, Danish musician Louis Rustum, Spanish rappers Pimp Flaco and Kinder Malo, New York-based duo Sofi Tukker, and even the well-known American rapper Goldlink.
