International Launch of Creative Invasion at the Pérez Art Museum Miami

Please join Alexandre Allard, Jorge M. Pèrez, and Pérez Art Museum Miami Director Franklin Sirmans to celebrate the international launch of Creative Invasion, a new book chronicling Made By…Feito por Brasileiros, the immense cultural happening which attracted over 120,000 visitors to Sao Paulo’s Cidade Matarazzo.

Cidade Matarazzo is a 30,000 square-meter site containing historic buildings that once comprised the abandoned Filomena Matarazzo maternity and Umberto Primo Hospital. A heritage-listed site, Alexandre Allard has spearheaded the restoration of the complex to create a new cultural center, featuring a tower designed by Jean Nouvel, with interiors by Philippe Starck, set to open in 2019.
