El Museo del Barrio’s Dia de las Memorias

El Museo del Barrio will host DIA DE LAS MEMORIAS, its annual Día de los Muertos (Day of the Dead) fundraiser on Thursday, October 25, 2018, from 8:00-11:00pm, featuring Afro-Latina recording artist, societal advocate, and poet Nitty Scott. This year’s event will be inspired by the legacy and history of the Latinx community in the United States, in the advent of El Museo’s upcoming 50th anniversary in 2019. The event will be held at the Museum located at 1230 Fifth Avenue (bet. 104th and 105th Street).
