On November 5, 2019, SculptureCenter honored the contributions of two incredible individuals, artist Nairy Baghramian and SculptureCenter’s former Executive Director and Chief Curator Mary Ceruti, at its Annual Gala.

The evening, which welcomed over 300 guests, took place at SculptureCenter President and Gala Co-Chair Carol Bove’s studio in Red Hook, Brooklyn. Attendees enjoyed cocktails and hors d’oeurves and a seated dinner catered by Canard.

The celebration also gave guests an opportunity to greet and welcome in SculptureCenter’s new Director Christian Rattemeyer, who previously served as Associate Curator in the Department of Drawings and Prints at The Museum of Modern Art.

The evening hosted the art-world crowd, including: Marian Goodman, Paula Cooper, Stuart Comer, Diane Soloman, Beth Rudin Dewoody, Candace Barash, Scott Rothkopf, as well as artists such as Sanford Biggers, Fred Wilson, Liz Larner, Tony Oursler, Spencer Finch, Diana Al-Hadid, Tauba Auerbach, and Nate Lowman.
