\u00a0The\u00a0Outsider Art Fair,<\/a> the only fair dedicated to Self-Taught Art, Art Brut and Outsider Art, announced the exhibitor list for its\u00a027th\u00a0<\/sup>New York edition,\u00a0taking place\u00a0January 17-20,\u00a02019\u00a0at\u00a0The Metropolitan Pavilion. The fair will showcase 67 exhibitors, representing 37 cities from 7 countries, with 8 first-time galleries.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

This year, OAF will host two of its hallmark Curated Spaces.\u00a0Good Kids: Underground Comics from China<\/em>\u00a0will feature zines and original drawings created by Chinese artists. A second Curated Space will serve as an homage to the late dealer\u00a0Phyllis Kind. The presentation will\u00a0feature works by various artists with whom\u00a0Kind\u00a0was associated, including\u00a0Adolf W\u00f6lfli,\u00a0Mart\u00edn Ram\u00edrez\u00a0and\u00a0Domenico Zindato.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Among first-time exhibitors,\u00a0Julie Saul<\/a>\u00a0(New York), will present vernacular photographs by legendary artists\u00a0Morton Bartlett\u00a0and\u00a0Miroslav Tich\u00fd,\u00a0and will also introduce works by Siberian self-taught photographer\u00a0Nikolay Bakharev. Maccarone<\/a>\u00a0(Los Angeles + New York) will present a solo exhibition of political drawings by\u00a0Jim Carrey, including new material created after the midterm elections.<\/p>\n
