The Outsider Art Fair<\/a>, which is dedicated to Self-Taught Art, Art Brut and Outsider Art, announced the exhibitor list, programming and new venue for its 6th<\/sup> Paris edition. OAF Paris will move to Atelier Richelieu<\/a>, located in the 2nd<\/sup> Arrondissement, and conveniently an eight minute walk to our favorite bar, Harry’s might we add.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The fair will run from October 18-21, 2018, concurrent with FIAC<\/a>, and showcase 37 exhibitors representing 18 cities from 10 countries, with 8 first-time galleries.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

OAF Paris will welcome several new exhibitors to the fair in 2018, including: Artpool Projects\u2019 presentation of Ghanaian artist Kwame Akoto; Copenhagen Outsider Art Gallery<\/a>, which will debut work from a selection of Danish ateliers; Galerie Atelier Herenplaats (Rotterdam); Galerie LJ (Paris); Gliacrobati (Turin); Le Moineau \u00c9carlate (Paris); Morrelandmore<\/a> (Paris), which will exhibit ceramic sculptures by French actress and artist Florence Thomassin; and Tak Gallery (Pozna\u0144, Poland), the first Polish gallery dedicated to promoting Polish art brut.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

A highlight of the fair will be a project by\u00a0Lamyland<\/em>, the brainchild of\u00a0Mich\u00e8le Lamy, the spouse of famed fashion designer Rick Owens. Lamyland<\/em> is the umbrella term for Lamy\u2019s happenings \u2013 which includes instillation, performance and urban intervention \u2013 aiming to connect art and life. Lamyland<\/em> functions to catalyze the creation of cultural engagement as a way of inspiring social and urban change.<\/p>\n
