Pairings @ Ted’s YoungArts Dinner and Show

YoungArts is proud to present Pairings at Ted’s, a new series pairing world-class performances with a themed culinary experience by STARR Catering Group. A contemporary take on the traditional dinner and a show format, supper club-inspired evenings are set atop the YoungArts Tower. This month YoungArts presents PET.

An interactive, physical one-man theater piece set in a support group meeting for ex-lovers and serial monogamists, PET is written and choreographed by the acclaimed Rudi Goblen – this year’s Miami Herald Critic’s Pick. Come celebrate heartbreak the week after Valentine’s Day… because February is the month for lovers (and ex-lovers) after all.

Originally Commissioned by Miami Light Project, PET was directed by Michael Yawney; received its world premiere in May 2013 at The Light Box at Goldman Warehouse; and was created with the support of the Miami-Dade County Department of Cultural Affairs and the Cultural Affairs Council, the Miami-Dade County Mayor and Board of County Commissioners.
