Opening: “Curtains” at Kristen Lorello Gallery

The gallery is very delighted to announce a summer group exhibition of works by a small intergenerational group of European artists, curated by independent curator and artist Sarra Brill. Works in the exhibition take the form of functional objects, primarily made with printed, and embroidered textiles. Artists include Aase Seidler Gernes (b. Frederiksberg, Denmark, 1927), Poul Gernes (b. 1925, Frederiksberg, Denmark, d. 1996), Goldschmied & Chiari (Sara Goldschmied, b. 1975, Vicenza, Italy, and Eleonora Chiari, b. 1971, Rome, Italy), and Francesco Simeti, (b. 1968, Palermo, Italy).

Opening: Wednesday, July 20, 6-8pm.
