John Arsenault at Eric Buterbaugh Florals

The Gallery at Eric Buterbaugh Florals has introduced its newest exhibition featuring the work of renowned photographer John Arsenault which is on view for the first time in Los Angeles.

Arsenault makes the rose photographs of For You! with his iPhone then uploads the images to Instagram, providing a newer, more interactive working method through immediate feedback from his followers. Such communal participation helps Arsenault understand how viewers receive the images, and then he moves forward with the series in a way impossible with contact sheets and the solitude of his studio.
