“Off the margins” has curated original artworks from 15+ artist and guest of The Bowery Mission. All artwork debuted at the gallery will be for sale and proceeds will go directly to the artists and to “The Bowery Mission”.

The exhibition will be open to the public Thursday, June 6th at 3pm and there will be an opening reception, Friday, June 7th at 6:00 pm that features a panel discussion about the state of homelessness in NY.

“Off the margins” was started as a school project by recent SVA alumni Jason Branch to raise funds for artists affected by homelessness across New York while providing them a platform to share their story with a broader audience. The kickstarter campaign raised $4,200 from 82 backers.
