“Free Time: Part 2” at Steven Harvey Fine Art Projects

Steven Harvey Fine Art Projects presents “Free Time: Part 2,” the second half of a summer invitational group show. Where Part 1 celebrated the play spirit in contemporary art with light and color, Part 2 examines a darker take on freedom. This work suggests the abandonment of order, in favor of exploring dreams, nightlife, underworlds and sideshows, or simply the shadows and voids of landscapes and studio spaces.

Free Time: Part 2 will be on view July 6 – August 7, 2016 with an opening reception on Jul 6, from 6-8pm. The show includes the work of painters Ryan Cobourn, Jesse McCloskey, Michele Mirisola, Heather Morgan, Marie Roberts, and ceramicist Catherine White.
