Dialogue & Studio workshop at The American Folk Art Museum

The Dialogue & Studio workshop series offers participants opportunities to gain insight and engage with self-taught art, past and present, at a deeper level. Focused discussions about select themes, techniques, and materials featured in current exhibitions couple with related expert-led, hands-on workshops.

Discuss the tradition of early American paper cutting, which was popular in the United States in the nineteenth century, while viewing select artworks featured in Mystery and Benevolence: Masonic and Odd Fellows Folk Art from the Kendra and Allan Daniel Collection with renowned artist Pamela Dalton and a museum educator. All materials provided. No experience necessary.
