Art After Dark at the Guggenheim Museum

Join us for an after-hours private viewing of current exhibitions, including Moholy-Nagy: Future Present and But a Storm is Blowing From Paradise: Contemporary Art of the Middle East and North Africa.

Back by popular demand! As you move through the galleries, the museum will fill with the sounds of a live set by Queens, New York-based DJ mOma and New York-based Rich Knight.

DJ mOma blends funk, soul, R&B, disco, house, hip-hop, reggae, world music, and underground dance grooves mixed with classic jams, rare gems, and current favorites. He has DJ’d events for Drake, Rihanna, Solange Knowles, Kendrick Lamar, John Legend, Janelle Monae, Jennifer Hudson, Estelle, D’Angelo, and Erykah Badu. In addition, mOma is the official DJ for the Dreamville record label founded by rapper J Cole.

Rich Knight (Everyday People) developed an eclectic style incorporating genres such as R&B, Soul, House, Hip-Hop, Reggae, and Afrobeats into his DJ sets. As part of the Everyday People collective, Rich Knight can be heard playing at exclusive events and clubs worldwide for partygoers and corporate clients alike. Whether he’s DJing in New Orleans at Essence Festival, Philadelphia at The Roots Picnic, or as far away as Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania, Rich Knight brings a refreshing approach to blending sounds.
