Art on Paper returns to Pier 36 this March 8 – 11 for the fair’s anticipated fourth edition. Featuring eighty galleries presenting paper-based art, Art on Paper celebrates the use of paper as a medium. Last year, Art on Paper welcomed over 20,000 visitors to Downtown Manhattan’s Pier 36 so expect to see bigger crowds this year. You can purchase tickets here.
SPECIAL INSTALLATIONS, Art on Paper’s large-scale installations that push the boundaries of work on paper are once again going to be a highlight this year. Be on the lookout for the FLATFILES focus section as well, which will highlight print dealers and publishers from across the country. Flatfiles exhibitors represent one of the longest and most traditional uses of the fair’s central medium while celebrating contemporary subjects. Each booth illustrates the relevance and importance of paper and print-making.
